The Dale: two luxury towers, one ambition – 2021 update.

The Dale, located at 121 Parkdale, is a high-end rental building that has been built in Mechanicsville/Hintonburg, becoming—at least for now—Ottawa's tallest rental tower.  The building is the first of two towers to be built on the site. A second 28-storey tower is under construction and will offer an additional 254 units. The two buildings will be connected, allowing residents to share the common areas of both buildings. The Dale offers numerous amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, several lounges, a gym, a yoga room, a recreation room for parties and a rooftop terrace.
