Petrie’s Landing capitalizes on the exceptional qualities of its waterfront setting. It offers a complete living environment where access to nature seamlessly complements modern urban living, giving residents a direct connection to the surrounding landscape.
The Dale is the most dense project we have completed to date. This project demonstrates in a concrete way that vertical cities can be harmoniously integrated into the existing urban fabric. By focusing on local development, shops, cafés, restaurants and essential services are all within walking distance.
Espace Canevas is transforming one of Gatineau's oldest shopping centres into an ever-evolving living space. At the heart of the project is the desire to enable the community to flourish at every stage of the transformation.
Adjacent to future LRT stations, 1299 Richmond proposes to transform a former commercial space and heat island into a vibrant vertical living environment, located just steps away from Britannia Beach and conservation areas.
