Finally, the third phase will see the creation of an urban village built between the first two phases. It will consist of a harmonious mix of residential and commercial spaces, adjacent to Jeanne d’Arc Boulevard.

Its common areas include a fitness center, a yoga space, a stunning rooftop terrace with BBQ, an indoor pool, and two spas with breathtaking views. Units will be available in November 2025.
