Since 1985, Brigil’s mission has been to make home ownership more accessible. From the very beginning, we have helped thousands of families become homeowners.

Today, in 2025, Brigil is renewing its mission and offering first-time buyers a homeownership program to become owners of their own home. This program includes:

• A guaranteed rate of 2.49% for 5 years,

• Monthly payments starting at $2,040 including principal and interest,

• High-quality single-family townhouses with a garage and 1,645 square feet of living space.

Founded in 1985 by Gilles Desjardins, Brigil has greatly contributed to the economic development of the National Capital Region.
