Brigil announces start of construction for new Aylmer residential project

Brigil is proud to announce the start of construction on its latest residential project at 15 and 21 Morley-Walters Street in the Aylmer sector. The new community will feature 48 rental units across two three-story buildings.

"More and more people are choosing to settle in the Aylmer area. "In addition to helping reduce car dependency for our future residents, every effort has been made to integrate the project intelligently into the neighborhood."

The project design also prioritizes environmental preservation, adapting plans to protect as many mature trees as possible. The large wooded area along Chemin d’Aylmer, which includes a bike path, will remain protected, ensuring green urban space for local residents.

Completion is expected in spring 2024.
