Located at 1299 Richmond Road, this redevelopment project will transform a former commercial building into a vibrant high-rise living environment. Two towers—one 28 stories tall and the other 30 stories tall—built atop a 5-story podium, will offer residential units, ground-floor retail spaces, and indoor and outdoor common areas, including a sky lounge with views of the Ottawa River. Designed to promote active mobility and integration into the neighborhood, the project features contemporary architecture and attractive landscaping.
