Brigil is created
First project: Gilles and Céline Desjardins build their first residential building, a six-unit apartment building located on Stéphane Street in Gatineau.
1989
Acquisition of the first commercial property
Acquisition of the first commercial building located at 500 Gréber Boulevard.
1991
Acquisition of 100 acres of land
Acquisition of 100 acres of land. Gilles and Céline Desjardins build 682 houses there in 18 months.
1994
Acquisition of a contractor licence in Ottawa
Gilles Desjardins obtains his entrepreneur licence in Ottawa.
1998
Acquisition of the first plot of land in Ottawa

Named Person of the Year at age 33
Gilles Desjardins was named Person of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce of Gatineau at the age of 33.
